"I see some excellent reviews here for Andrew Wright's office. I wish I could say I had a five star experience with this agency but they were far less responsive when I needed help than my prior State Farm agent of 20+ years (unless Andrew's office saw an opportunity for a sale). Ultimately I cut ties with State Farm when they jacked up their rates this year and not because of the poor service but even if I had stayed, I think I'd be looking for a new agent. My new Allstate agency is as responsive as my former State Farm agent had been prior to my time with Andrew. I hope he and his staff take this to heart."
